Order Terms
- Priority Client Gifts only uses the highest quality of gifts. If an item is unavailable we will substitute it and replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
- All items listed will be in the hamper under the description. Some photo props may have been used. These items will not be included unless listed.
- Gifts with alcoholic products may only be purchased by a person aged 18 years or older.
- Delivery times listed are approximations only. Although we will endeavor to deliver within the estimated times. Unforeseen circumstances may arise, in this case you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of this agreement.
- As Christmas is a very busy time, please allow 3-4 days for shipping of orders placed on the site.
- Pls. note that there is no delivery during Public Holidays and on Sunday anywhere in Australia.
- Deliveries may be delayed or fail to reach destination in the appropriate time frame due to inaccurate delivery addresses. If this occurs then a re-delivery fee may apply.
- If the gift does not arrive on time, pls. inform Priority Client Gifts as soon as possible so it may be traced and delivered accordingly.
- Items will only be dispatched when full payment has been received by Priority Client Gifts or where an account has been agreed to and approved by Priority Client Gifts.
- Cancellation or alteration to orders should be made within 48 hours of ordering. Once a gift has left our premises, as you can appreciate it cannot be cancelled.
- Priority Client Gifts will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising after the delivery has taken place. Including and not limited to, loss or damage resulting from unattended addresses where instructions have been given to leave the gifts in a certain place (eg: front or back door)
